Join us this Sunday, July 28th as our Flight Crew takes the trails in North Vancouver for a beautiful day of running. This month we are taking it up to Mount Seymour and doing a really fun 14km loop with 650m of elevation gain. We'll be meeting at Bean Around The World in the Parkgate Village (1151 Mt Seymour Rd Unit 110, North Vancouver, BC) and departing at 8:30am to return to the coffee shop at 10:30am for a social and a snack. Come enjoy some summertime hills with some amazing company and better views!
